Is it possible to lose more calories by thinking hard?


Everyone’s incredible busy these days. What with work, kids, family, friends, who has the time to go to the gym? So wouldn’t it be amazing if you could actually lose weight by thinking hard about things? (I’d spend all my free time thinking about physics if that were the case!)
