Last month a participant in an executive workshop started to ask, “Isn’t it true that women negotiators…” Before he even finished his question, people’s eyebrows went up. Was he about to say

– Women are tough negotiators and pay details to every tiny point.

– Women are not so welcomed in Sales and distribution especially in the Middle East, Asia and parts of Eastern Europe.
